Va. Code § 8.01-611: Notice of time and place of taking account

The court, ordering an account to be taken, may direct that notice of the time and place of taking it be published once a week for two successive weeks in a newspaper meeting the requirements of § 8.01-324, and may also require notice to be served on the parties in the manner set forth in the Rules of Court for the taking of depositions.Code 1950, § 8-251; 1977, c. 617.
