11C V.S.A. § 117: Designated office and agent for service of process

A mutual benefit enterprise or a foreign enterprise that has a certificate of authority under section 1404 of this title shall designate and continuously maintain in this State:

(1) an office, as its designated office, which need not be a place of the enterprise’s or foreign enterprise’s activity in this State; and

(2) an agent for service of process, pursuant to 11 V.S.A. § 1655, at the designated office.
