Subchapter 012: OPERATION OF BICYCLES, ELECTRIC PERSONAL ASSISTIVE MOBILITY DEVICES, AND PLAY VEHICLES

(a) No individual propelling a bicycle may ride other than on or astride a permanent and regular seat attached to the bicycle.

(b) No individual may use a bicycle to carry more individuals at any one time than the number for which it is designed and equipped.
