24 V.S.A. § 4801: Definitions

As used in this chapter:
(1) “Municipality” shall mean “municipality” as defined in 1 V.S.A. § 126.
(2) “Legislative branch” shall mean “legislative branch” as defined in subdivision 1751(2) of this title.
