Subchapter 002: GENERAL PROVISIONS

(a) All provisions of the Constitution and general laws of the State of Vermont relating to towns and their officers shall apply in the Town of Richford.

(b) The Town of Richford shall have all the powers now or hereafter conferred upon towns and villages by the Constitution and general laws of the State of Vermont.
