24 V.S.A. App. ch. 203, § 302: Terms of officers

The term of office of officers elected at the annual meeting shall commence at the time of their election and continue for one year, and until their successors are chosen and qualified, provided the term of office of trustees shall be five years except as provided in section 301 of this charter.
