24 V.S.A. App. ch. 261, § 42: Disposition of water rents

All monies collected by the Collector of Taxes for said Village upon the list of water rents, as delivered by said Collector for collection by the trustees of said Village, and all water rents received by said trustees shall be paid by them to the Treasurer of said Village.
