24 V.S.A. App. ch. 601, § 14: Term

All representatives to the Board of Supervisors shall hold office for one year and until their successors are duly appointed and qualified. Any representative may be reappointed to successive terms without limit. Any member may be removed at any time by a majority vote of the legislative body of the municipality that appointed that representative.
