Applicants and persons regulated under this chapter shall pay the following fees:

(1) Application for license | $115.00

(2) Biennial renewal of license | $255.00

(3) Firm registration | $230.00

(4) [Repealed.] |

(5) Firm biennial renewal of registration | $460.00

(6) Sole proprietor firm biennial renewal of registration | $230.00
