30 V.S.A. § 3038: Fees

(a) There shall be paid to the Secretary of State fees for filing as follows:

(1) Articles of incorporation, $15.00;

(2) Articles of amendment, $10.00;

(3) Articles of consolidation or merger, $15.00;

(4) Articles of conversion, $10.00;

(5) Certificate of election to dissolve, $5.00;

(6) Articles of dissolution, $5.00; and

(7) Certificate of change of principal office, $5.00.

(b) Such fees shall include two certified copies of the respective instruments.
