33 V.S.A. § 1901j: Medicaid reimbursement for long-acting reversible contraceptives

(a) As used in this section, “health care provider” has the same meaning as in 18 V.S.A. § 9402.

(b) The Department of Vermont Health Access shall reimburse health care providers for the full cost of a device providing long-acting reversible contraception when the device is inserted during a Medicaid beneficiary’s postpartum hospital stay.
