6 V.S.A. § 4029: Rules; distribution; penalties

(a) The Secretary shall adopt rules as prescribed by 3 V.S.A. chapter 25 as he or she deems necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter. The rules shall be printed by the State and distributed by the Secretary.

(b) A person who violates any provisions of this chapter or a rule adopted under this chapter shall be fined not more than $100.00 for the first offense and not more than $500.00 for each subsequent offense. The Secretary may seek and obtain preliminary and permanent injunctive relief for any violation of this chapter or the rules adopted under this chapter.
