RCW 18.71A.025: Application of uniform disciplinary act.

(1) The uniform disciplinary act, chapter 18.130 RCW, governs the issuance and denial of licenses and the discipline of licensees under this chapter.

(2) The commission shall consult with the board of osteopathic medicine and surgery when investigating allegations of unprofessional conduct against a licensee who is supervised by or is collaborating with a physician licensed under chapter 18.57 RCW.
