RCW 24.03A.760: Excluded transactions.

RCW 24.03A.755 through 24.03A.880 may not be used to effect a transaction that:

(1) Converts a nonprofit or mutual insurance company to a for-profit stock corporation; or

(2) Is governed by chapter 70.45 RCW.
