RCW 36.70A.820: Building code and development regulation update requirements.

Cities and counties that plan under the growth management act must adopt or amend by ordinance, and incorporate into their development regulations, zoning regulations, and other official controls, the requirements of RCW 36.70A.810, 36.70A.812, 36.70A.813 through 36.70A.817, and 36.70A.819 by the sooner of six months after their next periodic comprehensive plan update or six months after their next implementation progress report.
