RCW 43.21C.570: Residential project permit applications—Local government responsible official.

If a county, city, or town has designated a permit responsible official under RCW 36.70B.060 on a residential project permit application, that official must also be designated as the responsible official when the county, city, or town is the lead agency responsible for complying with the requirements of this chapter related to the application for the residential project.
