RCW 43.385.090: Tourism assessment program reimbursement account.

The tourism assessment program reimbursement account is created in the custody of the state treasurer. The account shall receive reimbursements from the authority under RCW 43.385.060. Expenditures from the account may only be used for the implementation and operation of the tourism assessment program, including administrative and enforcement costs and audit costs under RCW 43.385.035. Only the director or the director's designee may authorize expenditures from the account. The account is subject to allotment procedures under chapter 43.88 RCW, but an appropriation is not required for expenditures.
