RCW 43.70.867: Abortion savings account.

The abortion savings account is created in the state treasury. Funds must be deposited into the account in accordance with the process outlined in RCW 48.14.0203. Moneys in the account may be spent only after appropriation. Expenditures from the account may be used only to provide grants under the abortion savings program created in RCW 43.70.865.
