RCW 43.71C.150: 340B program reporting account.

The 340B program reporting account is created in the state treasury. All receipts from filing fees collected pursuant to RCW 43.71C.140 must be deposited into the account. Moneys in the account may be spent only after appropriation. Expenditures from the account may be used only by the authority and only for collecting and reporting data relating to the 340B drug pricing program.
