RCW 46.16A.550: Illegible license plate—Penalty.

Until January 1, 2025, the penalty for a violation of RCW 46.16A.200(7)(c), relating to the use of license plate covers that make a license plate illegible, may only be a written warning. The warning must include information about the requirements of the law and the applicable penalty beginning January 1, 2025.
