RCW 46.68.530: Intelligent speed assistance device revolving account. (Effective January 1, 2029.)

The intelligent speed assistance device revolving account is created in the state treasury. All receipts from the fee assessed under RCW 46.20.760(5) must be deposited into the account. Moneys in the account may be spent only after appropriation. Expenditures from the account may be used for administering and operating the intelligent speed assistance device revolving account program, implementing effective strategies to reduce motor vehicle-related deaths and serious injuries related to excessive speed.
