RCW 48.30.370: Travel insurance. (Effective January 1, 2027.)

In accordance with RCW 48.216.060, it is an unfair trade practice to:

(1) Offer or sell a travel insurance policy that could never result in payment of any claims for any insured under the policy; or

(2) Market blanket travel insurance coverage as free.
