RCW 66.24.1474: Distilleries, craft distilleries, off-site tasting rooms—Obtaining a spirits, beer, and wine restaurant license.

Nothing in this chapter prohibits a distillery licensed under RCW 66.24.140 or 66.24.145, or an off-site tasting room licensed under RCW 66.24.146, from obtaining a license under RCW 66.24.400 for the same premises.
