RCW 67.16.040: Commission to regulate and license meets—Inspection.

The commission created by this chapter is hereby authorized, and it shall be its duty, to license, regulate and supervise all race meets held in this state under the terms of this chapter, and to cause the various racecourses of the state to be visited and inspected at least once a year.
