RCW 69.50.306: Records of registrants.

Persons registered, or exempted from registration under RCW 69.50.302(d) [(4)], to manufacture, distribute, dispense, or administer controlled substances under this chapter shall keep records and maintain inventories in conformance with the recordkeeping and inventory requirements of federal law and with any additional rules the commission issues.
