RCW 69.50.503: Injunctions.

(a) [(1)] The superior courts of this state have jurisdiction to restrain or enjoin violations of this chapter.

(b) [(2)] The defendant may demand trial by jury for an alleged violation of an injunction or restraining order under this section.
