RCW 69.50.555: Taxes, fees, assessments, charges—Commercial activities covered by cannabis agreement between state and tribe.

The taxes, fees, assessments, and other charges imposed by this chapter do not apply to commercial activities related to the production, processing, sale, and possession of cannabis, useable cannabis, cannabis concentrates, and cannabis-infused products covered by an agreement entered into under RCW 43.06.490.
