RCW 69.57.030: Restriction on sale of covered products—Labeling requirements.

A covered entity shall not:

(1) Sell or transfer a covered product except to a commercial business in accordance with RCW 69.57.040; or

(2) Sell or offer to sell, directly or indirectly, a covered product without a label notice that meets the requirements of RCW 69.57.050.
