RCW 70.114.010: Legislative declaration—Fees for use of housing.

The legislature finds that the migrant labor housing project constructed on property purchased by the state in Yakima county should be continued until June 30, 1981. The employment security department is authorized to set day use or extended period use fees, consistent with those established by the department of parks and recreation [parks and recreation commission].
