RCW 70.77.510: Unlawful sales or transfers of display fireworks—Penalty.

It is unlawful for any person knowingly to sell, transfer, or agree to sell or transfer any display fireworks to any person who is not a fireworks licensee as provided for by this chapter. A violation of this section is a gross misdemeanor.
