RCW 70A.15.2550: Air pollution control authority—Dissolution of prior districts—Continuation of rules and regulations until superseded.

Upon the date that an authority begins to exercise its powers and functions, all rules and regulations in force on such date shall remain in effect until superseded by the rules and regulations of the authority as provided in RCW 70A.15.2540.
