RCW 70A.205.230: Department authorized to disburse funds under RCW 43.83.350 for local government solid waste projects.

The department is authorized to use funds under *RCW 43.83.350 to disburse to local governments in developing solid waste recovery or recycling projects. Priority shall be given to those projects that use incineration of solid waste to produce energy and to recycling projects.
