RCW 70A.355.902: Effective date—1989 c 346.

Where this section sits in the code

(1) Except as provided in subsection (2) of this section, RCW 70A.355.040, 70A.355.100, and 19.27.080 take effect on July 1, 1990.

(2) This section shall apply only if this act becomes effective as provided under *section 20(2) of this act.
