RCW 70A.545.130: Immunity from civil liability. (Expires July 1, 2030.)

Officers, employees, and authorized representatives of the agency and the state of Washington are immune from civil liability and no cause of action of any nature may arise from any act or omission in exercising powers and duties under this chapter.
