RCW 71.06.050: Preliminary hearing—Report of findings.

Upon completion of said observation period, the superintendent of the state hospital shall return the defendant to the court, together with a written report of his or her findings as to whether or not the defendant is a sexual psychopath and the facts upon which his or her opinion is based.
