RCW 71.24.845: Transfer of clients between behavioral health administrative services organizations—Uniform transfer agreement.

The authority, in consultation with the established behavioral health administrative services organizations, shall develop a uniform transfer agreement to govern the transfer of clients between behavioral health administrative services organizations, taking into account the needs of the regional service area.
