RCW 72.27.070: Right to deport individuals who are not a citizen or national of the United States and return residents of nonparty states preserved.

Nothing in this chapter shall affect the right of the secretary of social and health services to deport noncitizens and return residents of nonparty states as provided in chapter 72.25 RCW.
