RCW 74.13A.075: "Secretary" and "department" defined.

Where this section sits in the code

As used in RCW 26.33.320 and 74.13A.005 through 74.13A.080 the following definitions shall apply:

(1) "Department" means the department of children, youth, and families.

(2) "Secretary" means the secretary of the department.
