RCW 82.46.090: Application of chapter 82.45 RCW.

The following provisions apply to this chapter unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

(1) The taxes imposed under this chapter shall be imposed in the same manner and on the same occurrences, and are subject to the same conditions, as the taxes under chapter 82.45 RCW.

(2) The definitions in chapter 82.45 RCW apply throughout this chapter.
