- SUBCHAPTER I REGULATION OF INDUSTRY: GENERAL PROVISIONS
If an employer ceases business operations in this state, the employer shall provide the department with the information required under s. 101.583 or 101.585 relating to that employer. The department shall maintain that information and provide it to any employee upon request.
