Wis. Stat. § 134.32: Penalty for violations of ss. 134.25 to 134.31.

Every person who violates any of the provisions of ss. 134.25 to 134.31, and every officer, manager, director or managing agent of any such person directly participating in or consenting to a violation of ss. 134.25 to 134.31, shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $500 or imprisoned for not more than 3 months or both.
