Wis. Stat. § 134.38: Companies to post copies of s. 134.37.

All telegraph or messenger companies whose employees are affected by s. 134.37 are hereby required to post, in their offices in this state, a copy of s. 134.37, under a penalty of $10 and costs for each and every offense.
