SUBCHAPTER V ENGINEERING

The cost of services furnished pursuant to s. 16.85 (2) to (4), (6) and (7) shall be charged to and paid out of available funds for the respective projects, whenever in the judgment of the secretary the charges are warranted and the cost of the services can be ascertained with reasonable accuracy.
