SUBCHAPTER I PETROLEUM PRODUCT INSPECTIONS

Every person who violates any provision of this subchapter that is not related to the fee under s. 168.12 (1) shall forfeit not less than $10 nor more than $100 for each violation. Each day a person fails to comply with any provision of this subchapter is a separate violation.
