The following sections apply to this subchapter, except that all references to “public debt” or “debt” shall be read to refer to a “revenue obligation” and all references to “evidences of indebtedness” shall be read to refer to “evidences of revenue obligation”: ss. 18.02, 18.03, 18.07, 18.10 (1), (2), (4) to (9), (11), and (12), and 18.17.
