SUBCHAPTER XI MERGER, INTEREST EXCHANGE,CONVERSION, AND DOMESTICATION

A business combination of a corporation that has a provision of the articles of incorporation permitted by s. 180.0727 is subject to s. 180.1131 unless one of the exemptions of s. 180.1132 has been met.
