Chapter 191 Railroads; Construction

Complete maps and profiles of the proposed railroad shall be filed with the application for a certificate of convenience and necessity. The office may permit errors, omissions or defects in the application, maps and profiles to be supplied or corrected, and permit changes in the proposed route to be made.
