Chapter 199 Citizens Utility Board

All members shall be eligible to attend, participate in and vote in the annual membership meeting called by the board under s. 199.07 (3). The form of the meeting shall be as provided under subch. VII of ch. 181. The meeting shall be open to the public and shall be held in different districts on a rotating basis.
