SUBCHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS

A savings bank shall qualify for and maintain either the 60 percent asset test of section 7701 (a) (19) of the internal revenue code, or an asset test prescribed by rule of the division that is not less than the percentage prescribed by section 7701 (a) (19) of the internal revenue code.
