Chapter 221 State Banks
SUBCHAPTER X RECORDS, REPORTS AND LEGAL PROCESS

If a certified copy of a record filed in the division is lawfully required to be furnished by the division, the division may assess a reasonable fee as determined by the banking institutions review board. These fees shall be deposited in the general fund.
